This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

Data Use and Storage

Data that will be collected will be used to perform our obligations, exercise our rights and conduct our function as a medical, research and training institution. More importantly, your data will be used to provide you with the necessary services of this medical facility.  

Additionally, we will also use it to create and store your patient record with us following the guidelines set forth by the Department of Health on how long these records should be kept.  We will retain it for as long as necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes for which they were collected.  In the absence of an applicable rule of retention, we will keep your data in accordance with locally and internationally accepted standards and practices. 

Rest assured that your personal information that we store will only be handled by those who are authorized to do so.  Physical copies are stored in drawers in a secure room while electronic copies will be stored in data servers in the facility.

Data Disclosure & Disposal

In accordance with Chapter III of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, information collected may be shared with third-party service providers, partners, affiliates, and related entities that aid us with other health-care related services. We may also disclose personal information to law enforcement, when we are required to, or we believe it is appropriate to comply with the law subject to a lawful subpoena. 

By providing your personal information, you are expressly consenting to said information being shared.  When the time comes that your personal information needs to disposed, we will make sure to use all available means to make it unreadable or irretrievable.

We may utilize third party-providers in the process of data storage and disposal but we will make sure that these providers are compliant with our privacy policies
