This initiative targets Yellow Card holders aged 40 and above, aiming to promote proactive healthcare among the community. The annual check-up service will be conducted at the 24/7 OPD clinic, ensuring accessibility and convenience for all eligible individuals.

The check-up comprises two sets of procedures tailored to age groups: a basic set for individuals aged 40 to 49 years old and a comprehensive set for those aged 50 years and above. The basic check-up includes essential procedures  such as consultation with physical exam and basic laboratory and imaging tests. Meanwhile, the comprehensive check-up extends to additional screenings such as metabolic, lipid, liver, and kidney profile among others, to ensure holistic health assessment for individuals in their golden years. Additional procedures are also part of the annual check-up and recommended based on medical history of the patients.
